At bpExperts we strive for success by pooling our knowledge and motivation. Through cohesive relationships, we empower our team to develop and prosper.

We prove that we do not have to sit daily from 9-5 in the same office in order to communicate and work as a team.

Instead, we invest in various team building events covering the wide range of interests among our team. This includes athletic sporting events such as the Mud Master, our monthly work “Stammtisch”, outdoor activities like sailing trips as well as personal and team development workshops.

This team bond does not only consider full-time employees and associates, but also their partners and families who are invited to our semi-annual events too.

We are not a team because we work together. We are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other.

We understand and value the diversity of our team members and strive to organize equally diverse methods of communication. One of them is a weekly team call to highlight our successes, discuss new topics within the company and using it as an opportunity to express existing needs for support.
