Integrity is what makes talking about values meaningful at all. Without the clear and conscious intention to take our values seriously and live them — not just display them — any talk about culture is a sham.

In practice, integrity means telling clients what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. It means keeping commitments even when it is inconvenient. It means being transparent about uncertainty rather than projecting false confidence. And it means acting consistently whether or not anyone is watching.

We talk openly about our successes and failures to live up to our values — at company days, in team calls, and in client retrospectives. That ongoing conversation is our promise to keep developing, both individually and as a team.
