From reference content to your Signavio.

Agentic Process Design: agents read your documents, combine them with Business Flows and SAP Best Practices, and prepare end-to-end BPMN process models and dictionary items, published into your SAP Signavio for your team to review.

Agentic Process Design: customer documents (process documentation, workshop and interview notes, policies and guidelines, org and system landscape) feed the bt brain agentic platform, where a Multi-Agent Process Designer, drawing on Business Flows and SAP Best Practices, designs end-to-end processes and a BPMN Modelling Agent models them in BPMN. Through the SAP Signavio Connector (MCP) the process models and dictionary items are made ready in the customer's SAP Signavio repository.

Use case 2 · During transformation: orchestrate the tool chain

One semantic layer keeps Signavio, CALM, LeanIX and Jira in sync.

Once the transformation is running, the business architecture lives across many tools. A Transformation Agent applies one shared meta model, built on open semantic standards, to every exchange between them. Processes, requirements, tasks and test cases stay consistent, and every exchange is logged for end-to-end traceability.

Integration orchestration: a meta model built on open semantic standards (OWL ontology, RDF* statements with provenance, SHACL consistency constraints, SPARQL query and sync rules) drives the bt brain agentic platform. A Transformation Agent applies the meta model to every exchange between the connected systems, and the semantic layer keeps processes, requirements, tasks and test cases consistent and logs every exchange as a change log for traceability. Dedicated MCP connectors link bt brain to SAP Signavio (process models), SAP Cloud ALM (requirements, tasks, tests), SAP LeanIX (application architecture) and Jira (tasks and user stories).
