Jette ClassenUpdate

From September 30 to October 1, 2026, bpExperts is exhibiting at "All about Process Management" in Stuttgart — Messe Stuttgart's nationwide BPM conference — and we'd love to show you where AI meets process management in practice.

Some of the best process conversations don't happen in a workshop — they happen standing at a booth, looking at a live screen together, working through "okay, but how would this actually work for us?" That's the spirit behind why we're heading to Stuttgart this autumn for All about Process Management, and why we'd love for you to stop by.

The details

  • Dates: Wednesday, September 30 – Thursday, October 1, 2026
  • Venue: Messe Stuttgart, Messepiazza 1, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany
  • Format: Exhibition, keynotes, masterclasses, round tables — and even a hackathon
  • Tickets: Tickets & registration →

What the conference is about

"All about Process Management" has grown from a small evening meetup into Germany's nationwide conference for business process management, drawing a broad professional audience from finance, automotive, public administration and beyond. The two-day program spans the full arc of the discipline — process identification and optimization, digitalization and automation, change management, and a strong current focus on AI in process management — grounded with real-world cases from companies like Bosch and dm rather than abstract theory.

What we'll be showing

bpExperts will be on the exhibition floor, showing how AI turns scattered process knowledge into intelligent, connected operations — built on our Business Flows reference models and our BT Brain platform. If you're curious what "AI-first process intelligence" looks like in practice rather than in a slide deck, come find us and we'll walk you through it live.

Why we're going — and why we hope you'll join us

Trade fairs like this give us something a call can't: the chance to show, not just tell, and to hear directly what's keeping process and transformation leaders up at night right now. If you're planning to be in Stuttgart on September 30 or October 1, come say hello — we'd love to swap notes on where process management is heading next.

We hope to see many of you there.
