Test your knowledge: the Business Flows Quiz is live
A new interactive quiz turns the Business Flows reference content into a game — pick a domain, answer 10 questions drawn live from the knowledge graph, race the clock, and climb the leaderboard. But the real point is what happens when the same gamified, AI-driven engine runs on *your* process repository.
The Business Flows Quiz is live — a playful way to test how well you really know the reference content behind every transformation.

How it works
- Pick a nickname.
- Choose one of the eight end-to-end domains.
- Answer 10 questions — every one drawn live from the Business Flows knowledge graph.
What it tests
The questions span the whole model, not just names:
- Match a distinct description to the right scenario cluster, transformational driver or SAP best practice.
- Spot the odd one out — the driver or process that doesn't belong to a scenario.
- Follow the flow: given a scenario, which business process comes next?
Because the content is a connected graph, the quiz can ask about the relationships — which processes make up a scenario, and in what order — not just definitions.
Scoring & leaderboard
Every correct answer earns points, and the faster you answer, the more you score. Each round lands you on a global leaderboard, with a per-domain breakdown showing which domains people pick and how well they do.
Learn as you play
The game doesn't just keep score — it teaches. After each run the correct answers are revealed, so you always leave knowing what you missed and why. And in Process Catch — the flow round where you reconstruct the sequence of processes — the game explains why that order is right, drawing on the descriptions of the scenario and its processes and distilling them through a simple Haiku model. The result is a short, readable rationale for each sequence rather than a bare "correct/incorrect", so every round doubles as a micro-lesson in how the process actually flows.
Why gamification, and why it only works on a graph
A quiz is fun. But the reason this one works is the layer underneath it. The questions aren't authored by hand — they're generated live from a connected knowledge graph, so the game can interrogate the relationships between processes, drivers and best practices, not just recite definitions. That's the difference between a static flashcard deck and a system that genuinely probes understanding: the graph knows which process follows which, which driver belongs to which scenario, and where the odd one out hides.
Once your process knowledge lives as a graph rather than as static diagrams and documents, gamification stops being a gimmick and becomes a learning and validation engine. The same mechanics that make the quiz addictive — live question generation, instant scoring, leaderboards, and the post-round explanations — become a way to onboard new joiners, pressure-test how well an organisation actually knows its own target operating model, and surface the gaps where nobody can answer confidently.
The real point: your repository, gamified
Here's where it gets interesting. Everything you're playing with runs on our reference content — the Business Flows model. Connect the same AI-enhanced engine directly to your own process repository, and the game plays on your processes: your domains, your scenarios, your SAP best practices, your target operating model. New team members learn your landscape by playing. Workshop participants get quizzed on the to-be design you just agreed. Leadership sees, at a glance and per domain, where process understanding is strong and where it's thin — turning tacit process knowledge into something measurable.
Business Flows is the Content layer of BT Brain, and the quiz is the quickest way to probe that content yourself. When you'd rather interrogate the model conversationally, that's the Interaction layer — the Business Flows Assistant. The quiz is simply the most fun door into the same underlying idea: your process knowledge, made live, connected and AI-accessible.
