Who are we?

Business Process Experts GmbH is a management consulting company founded by experienced consulting partners devoted and passionate about business process management. With a long history in large scale business transformations and SAP implementation projects we provide premium consulting services from strategy to implementation. Our business is focused on manufacturing, process and discrete industries with our roots in chemical and pharmaceutical including biotechnology firms.


What will you do?

  • You will act as consultant in customer projects with tasks in business process transformation

  • You support our customers in design and implementation of business processes

  • You help develop our reference content Business Flows with methodology and content

  • You create documents in various formats for our customers and internal projects

  • You plan and oversee training activities during build and roll-out phases


Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of natural sciences, information technology or economics

  • Proven strengths in working independently on conceptual and methodological tasks

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Very good English skills (spoken & written)

  • You are a team player and understand how to cultivate relationships at operational and management level

  • First experience with consulting and implementation projects welcome

  • Industry experience within the process industry is an advantage

  • Experience with the use of process modeling tools is an advantage

  • Business thinking completes your profile

  • You enjoy and are available to travel (mostly German speaking region and EU but also globally if necessary)
