E2E PROCESS LANDSCAPE

The domain map captures the core processes based on the SCOR model. It provides high level-structured perspectives of company processes and allocates ownership.

Scope of each domain, ownership.

See example

E2E SCENARIOS

E2E scenarios capture all variants of company operation that are visible to management.

The list of E2E scenarios may be used for scoping – e.g. which domains are in scope and which scenarios cover your operating model best, what should IT reflect in system implementation?

Description of scenarios,  advisory notes, business rules

PROCESS LIBRARY

We applied the SCOR framework across the supply chain: source, make, store, sell, service and extended it by design, plan, integrated management system, enterprise management, and quality compliance management.

Descriptions of each business function

E2E PROCESS FLOWS

A simple sequence of processes that are involved to execute scenarios. This level represents a baseline for reflecting with business how far these processes fit with the operating model, what requirements exist and how IT systems cover the process.

It helps to design guidelines for how to optimize the process to fit to standard. It includes interfaces to other E2E domains.

Descriptions of each scenario object with its scope and outcome, advisory notes, business rules

See example

PROCESS CHARTER

Understandable process flows that are simple but complete to capture main function steps, decision points, inputs and outputs. Business flows uses a consistent template to foster communication across teams.

- IT SCOPE -

Our BUSINESS FLOWS Process Repository is principally defined independently from any specific IT system such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or Salesforce.

For the specific SAP use cases, we however provide a dedicated mapping of SAP Executables and SAP Scope items to our processes.

These can be used in combination with our partner product MSGFit during the analysis of your existing systems (technical redocumentation) as well as for planning your SAP implementation (SAP Scope items as deployable best practices).

Please get in touch with one of our transformation architects to get insights on how these mapping libraries can be best used for your initiative.
