Stefan Hauenschild
Consulting Manager
Stefan has more than 10 years of experience in project and portfolio management, process design and optimization as well as requirements engineering in strategic and operative supply chain projects. Since his computer science studies in cooperation with Siemens, Stefan has first been working as a consultant supporting Germany’s large logistics providers and energy suppliers. After that he gathered comprehensive experience throughout production, distribution, procurement and purchasing of the chemical industry.
Since 2018 Stefan is working for bpExperts and is actively engaged in planning and implementing business transformation initiatives. As a project manager he emphasizes the cross-departmental communication and involvement of stakeholders. Furthermore, he designs pragmatic yet strategy-oriented solutions in his assignments as process manager. For some of our customers Stefan holds the role of account manager in order to develop and ensure successful cooperation and to coordinate our advisory activities.
Last but not least, Stefan is competence center leader for supply chain and accounts for the development of consulting activities and content for our Business Flows reference model in the supply chain and planning area.
