It covers the behavior and the attitude of each individual and the respect that we show to customers and colleagues. Within bpExperts we can rely on each other and the customer can rely on us to get the job done and get it done right.
PROFESSIONALISM or rather being professional means acting in the workplace in a way that colleagues and customers regard us as reliable, respectful and competent. PROFESSIONALISM is the way how we are viewed by others.
Anyone can act „PROFESSIONALLY“; regardless of the job title, academic qualification or the professional competence in an area. We continuously keep our knowledge up-to-date to be able to find customized solutions for our customers.

Self-awareness and self-regulation
Self-awareness is the state of knowing what your strengths and weaknesses are. We know that we are not omniscient. Nobody is in fact. However, through an open feedback culture we become self-aware and are continuously enhancing our strengths and working on our weaknesses. Acknowledging particularly weaknesses and working on them is not a weakness in itself. It is rather a strength of admitting to oneself that in certain fields we must be trained to get better, not only for ourselves but also in favor to our customers.
Self-regulation is the state to control emotions when working with customers or colleagues. No matter how hectic a project can be we ensure to stay focused and positive in stressful situations. We live by the statement “Think before you act”.
